Sarah Pons is a highly trained writing consultant with over six years of experience accumulated from three different writing centers. Her clientele consists of a broad range of writers, such as high school students, undergraduate college students, graduate college students, and even college professors. Sarah’s strengths as a consultant include academic, technical, professional, and creative writing. She will facilitate in any stage of the writing process (brainstorming, drafting, revising, editing, and formatting). Sarah assists with global (larger) issues, such as organization, flow, and clarity, and she also extends her expertise to local (smaller) issues, such as grammar, sentence structure, and academic language.
Sarah is a long-standing member of the esteemed McNair Scholars Program under which she wrote and published two analytical research articles for the art history field. Sarah holds three degrees from three different institutions—Del Mar College (AA in studio art), Texas A&M University—Corpus Christi (BA in studio art with a minor in art history), and Oklahoma State University (MA in art history). Sarah currently works as an adjunct professor and a professional writing consultant, though her goal is to turn her passion for writing and her affinity for working with writers into her own business.
